I keep our group sizes small, so you’ll benefit from more personalised attention and clear guidance – whatever your experience level.

I am a fully qualified Pilates teacher with a passion for helping people move well and feel their best. I have a clear teaching style, patience, and encouragement, you’ll always feel supported — and maybe even surprised by what you can achieve.
